what you need to do to take advantage of this special promotion:
1) Fill out
the registration form on the sign up page and wait for your Value
Alliance Information packet to arrive via UPS in 2 to 3 weeks. The
packet you receive has everything you will need to better understand
the Value Alliance Club Reward Program:

2) When your ready to send in your invoices, write you're Value
Alliance Club card number on the invoices that show qualifying
products.
3) FAX your
invoices to 800-501-3989.
4) Statements
will be sent on a regular basis showing total points earned. Points
can also be checked online in the members section of this website.
Once your ready to use your points you can follow the link on the
front page "Redeem your points".
