What do I need to do to receive my points?

Fax your invoices to 1-800-501-3989, be sure your Value Alliance Club Card Number is noted on the invoices or cover page.


Question: Can points be combined with someone else who is a member?

No. Points are not transferable, however you can give the trip to whomever you want.


If someone leaves the company what happens to their points?

Points are awarded to individuals. If they leave the company they carry their points with them.


What if I forget or lose my contractor/distributor Alliance Club card number?

Fax a written request for your Value Alliance Club number, include name, company name, and address to 801-501-3989. Also please sign the fax and explain how you lost your card.


Do I need to know any other Value Alliance Club number?

You only need to know your Value Alliance Club card number to earn points. You don not need the contractor or distributors Value Alliance Club number to receive your points.


How can I get an update or check the number of points I've accumulated?

You can either go to ValueAllinaceclub.com, mmslaser.com or you can wait for your statement once a month, giving you your updated points.
