Q: How can I get an update or check the number of points I've accumulated? A: You can either go to valueallianceclub.com, mmslaser.com or you can wait for your statement once a month, giving you your updated points. Q: What if I forget or lose my contractor/distributor Alliance Club card number? A: Fax a written request for your Value Alliance Club number, include name, company name, and address to 800-501-3989. Also please sign the fax and explain how you lost your card. Q: Do I need to know any other Value Alliance Club number? A: You only need to know your Value Alliance Club card number to earn points. You don not need the contractor or distributors Value Alliance Club number to receive your points.
